Yes, thatís me, Greg Shepard, sitting on a 400-pound tiger. This particular tiger had been captured by the trainer, shown with me, only three months prior to this photo. You can see he doesnít look too confident. Look at his hips and that little switch is supposed to control this beast. I paid the trainer 500 baht ($12.50) for the privilege of sitting on his tiger and pose for a photo. My mission was to study tigers but color me stupid and lucky on this one. It took 30 minutes to get everyone calm enough to snap this picture.

Sitting on this tiger was an extraordinary experience. It was totally different than sitting on a horse or touching a cow. I almost jumped when I first sat on this tiger. My 200-plus pounds of weight seemed like nothing to her. The amazing thing was that it seemed like I was sitting on a bunch of 45-pound plates. The musculature on this animal was incredible. This experience helped me form the Tiger Nutrition System and the belief that athletes and the general public should be more like the tiger. We need to be at the top of the food chain: strong, powerful, explosive, supple, lithe, graceful, confident, lean, muscular and ready to take on the world. You donít get this way eating pop tarts and drinking cokes. The following are two easy ideas to help you become like the tiger:

A great way to have a tiger breakfast is a can of BFS Whey Protein. It has a whopping 50 grams of protein per serving and only 6 grams of carbohydrates and 3 grams of fat. All you do is put two scoops with 10 ounces of water. It is super easy to mix. Just shake vigorously for five seconds. You donít need a blender. Most people are impressed with the taste. Your body will now be busy using the protein to feed your muscles and busy using the fat in your fat cells for energy. Great and amazing things happen that you can feel in just a matter of hours. This is an easy way to get strong and lean at the same time. Try it and become like the tiger.

A tiger does not drink sodas or coffee. He would prefer water over juice. The tiger does not drink his water from a tap but from a stream. This water has essential minerals. We should do the same. Thatís why we have Tiger Water. All you do is put the tea-like bag in your water and pow! You have highly alkaline water loaded with over 70 minerals, chief of which are calcium and magnesium. Furthermore, because of its highly alkaline state, you will never get cramps; no matter how hot, how humid or how hard you work. To be like a tiger, you need to eat and drink like a tiger.
