We went to the Western Regionals every year from the age of nine to fifteen. All three of us won the championship many times. We did pull-ups, dips and distance running. We would go on 2 to 3 mile runs plus sprints. <br>Coach Sanderson organized state tournaments while his boys were in junior high.
