It was there he began lifting hard trying to build up his 5'6", 130 lb. frame. As a sophomore, Jeff started at Strong Safety and then became the Sabercats starting quarterback as a junior.&nbsp;</P> <P>Jeff tried basketball and baseball but found that he had a knack for pole vaulting.
