Sometimes Readiness Program athletes might only get 3 reps on the first set and 2 reps on the second set. What do you do? When this happens, use the following procedure:<br><br>1. On the first four weeks of the program the athlete did everything smoothly.<br><br>2. On February 13th, 2000 he could only do 3 reps on the first set and 2 reps on the second set.<br><br>3.
