After the seminar, Coach Shepard conducted a repeat, advanced BFS Clinic. Head Football Coach, Jeff Steinberg reported on the improvement of their Pride Club. To belong, an athlete must lift at least a total of 600 pounds between their bench, power clean and true parallel squat. In 1998 thir were 10 players, in 1999- 29 players and in 2000- 39 players.
