The student body draws from the 3,200 population of Crockett, nearby Rodeo and parts of Pinole. Historically, the school has been anything but a perennial powerhouse in athletics. Much of the problem, especially in football, could be attributed to the school s lack of a quality weight room.<br> In the mid-70s one of the Crockett citizens welded some primitive weight lifting racks to give to the school.
